Adoption Process
Below are our puppy adoption guidelines. It is our #1priority to place our puppies in a healthy, happy, loving home. Our Puppies come first!
1. Complete an adoption application or be able to give us enough information about yourself and the
type home you could provide for one of our puppies in an e-mail or telephone conversation.
2. Once we approve your adoption request, we will notify you to let you know. At that time you will be
required to place a $100.00 non-refundable deposit in the form of a money order or cashiers check
(WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS) to hold your puppy for you. Your puppy will not be held
until we receive your deposit.
3. We reserve 2 females and 2 males in each litter prior to their birth (we feel comfortable in
reserving this number of each sex). If all reservations slots are filled, we will put your
name on our wait list until the litter is born and we see how many more of each sex we
have. We will then contact you, in the order your name is on our wait list, to notify you
if we have the puppy you are wanting. We can not guarentee color.
4. Choosing your puppy is based on the order your deposit is received.
5. WE DO NOT ALLOW VISITORS UNLESS YOU HAVE A DEPOSIT ON A PUPPY AND UNTIL THE PUPPY
REACHES 6 WEEKS OF AGE AND HAS HAD IT'S FIRST SET OF SHOTS. Puppies count on us to protect
them and since they are building their immune system during this time and have no
defense against illness until they get their first shots, we have to protect them. This is
the recommendation from our vet. The health and safety of our puppies is our #1
priority. We do have plenty of references if needed.
6. When your puppy reaches 6 weeks old we can schedule a time for you to pick him/her up
or visit and choose your puppy and make arrangements to pick him/her up at another
time. YOUR FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL AT 6 SIX WEEKS OF AGE IN THE FORM OF A MONEY
ORDER, CASHIERS CHECK, OR CASH.
